Church building is closed and all services and meetings are suspended at least until May 5th. Check bethanylongivew.org/coronavirus frequently for the most up to date information.
Pastor Megan’s March vacation will be rescheduled for a later date.
For both our Sunday morning worship services we’ll be streaming live online via Zoom, Facebook and YouTube.
Join us electronically in worship from home. For our Sunday morning worship services, plan to have bread and juice/wine available so you can commune at home.
Coffee Time Phone Calls
As many of our members and friends are staying home to avoid the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus, we are encouraging our members to connect with one another via phone calls. Especially at particular times we would normally be joining in fellowship with one another.
After our online worship concludes, serve yourself a cup of coffee, a snack, and pick up the phone to connect with your Bethany Family.
Live Prayer Times
Throughout this time of closure, Pastor Megan will be streaming live prayer times online via Facebook and YouTube. Send her your prayer requests via email, Facebook messenger, phone calls, or text messages prior to each Live Prayer Time and tune in to share in a time of meditative prayer.
Breakfast Group Phone Calls
We are recommending that Breakfast Group not meet in person, but at 8am on Tuesday call a fellow member of the Breakfast group to chat, connect, and pray.
Women’s Bible Study Phone Calls
Pick up your Gather magazine and call a bible study buddy at 10:30am on Tuesday to pray, read scripture, and share together in this difficult time. For help connecting with fellow members of the Bible Study Group, please reach out to Kathy Newton!
MYC (Moms of Young Children) Book Club
Our MYC Book Club will be meeting via Google Hangout at 10am. Pastor Megan will be sending out links and how-to’s this week!
Duct Tape Phone Calls
As with our other connection opportunities, it’s recommended that during the usual Duct Tape coffee time on Thursdays, members of our Duct Tape Crew reach out to one another by phone for check-in, prayer, and maybe sharing the kinds of Duct-Tape jobs you’re getting done at home during this time!
